Where are the servers located?
The servers are located in France and in Germany.
What is the connection speed of all servers?
Most servers are connected to a 100Mbit line and will reach up/down speeds of up to 12Mb/s. The Gigabyte Server is obviously connected to a 1Gbit line and could theoretically reach up/down speeds of up to 100Mb/s.
Is the bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes, 100% sure.
Is torrenting allowed on the servers?
Yes, torrenting will be allowed and there is no bandwidth limit! Public sites, as well as Emule/Limewire are strictly forbidden!
How can I pay?
We currently accept PayPal and Moneybookers.
How long will the setup take?
After the reception of the money it will take a maximum of 48hrs.
What if I am done using my server or unsatisfied with it?
You have the chance to cancel any server at any time. You can always contact us at info@epicservers.org and ask for help. And EpicServers is open to any suggestions to improve our site and service.
If I buy a server, will you check the harddrives?
We won't under any circumstances. It would be against the meaning of a dedicated server and against the law.
If I am not happy with my OS, can I switch?
You can switch your OS anytime you like. But an upgrade to Windows is not free because of the license fee.
I need help/advice setting up, accessing, etc. Where can I ask for help?
